I accidentally created this YUMMY and Easy Herb Burger Recipe using what I already had on hand.
Last year I was introduced to a spice mixture from Goya when I was working on a sponsored campaign for the “MyPlate” Cookbook. I was making a Quinoa Salad and was missing one of the ingredients. I went out to search for it and found it in the Ethnic Foods section of Walmart.
The product I purchased is something called Sazonador Total AKA the Perfect Seasoning.
Since then, I have used it on roasts, chicken, veggies, and on one of the recent grilling holidays I tried it out in a burger mixture.
My husband complimented me on those burgers, and even mentioned them to my in-laws. I definitely knew they were good after that. 🙂
So this week, I recreated them for dinner and cooked them on my grill pan. They were so delicious.
To make these Herb Burgers, all you will need is
1 lb of Ground Chuck 80/20
2 Teaspoons of Goya Sazonador Total
1/2 Cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Combine the ingredients together completely. Separate the mixture into 5-6 patties.
Either grill or prepare on the stove at medium until completely cooked according to the USDA Guidelines for Ground Beef.
This main dish turned out great and I paired it with a Couscous Salad and Tater Tots.
There were no burgers left over from this meal.
How do you make Hamburgers? What is your favorite ingredient to add?
If you try it out, let me know what you think.
