Not Your Mother’s Kinky Moves Curl Defining Hair Cream is infused with Grapeseed and Jasmine and is supposed to encourage natural curls and eliminate frizz and flyaways. It can be found at CVS, Walmart, and ULTA among many other retail locations. It retails for $6.00.
I was born with straight hair, however after each pregnancy my hair seems to get more wavy. Since I was sent this product, I decided to see just how wavy my hair would go without blow drying. I put in the Not Your Mother’s Kinky Moves Curl Defining Hair Cream along with some hair spray, and this is what happened after I brushed it out (see below).
I have tried to style my hair this way before, and it never seemed to look right. This time, it turned out the way I wanted, so I think this product kept the waves more defined and less frizzy. Plus, since it is made with Grapeseed and Jasmine, it smells wonderful.
