Recently I was sent 3 items from the TheraBreath – Toothpaste, Oral Rinse, and Mouth Wetting Lozenges to review here on At Home Moma.
TheraBreath is a company that was started by Dr. Harold Katz, the founder of The California Breath Clinics, and who is also recognized as an expert in the fields of bad breath, tonsil stones, and dry mouth. Source TheraBreath
I tried all three products and was surprised how mild the flavor of the Toothpaste and the Oral Rinse was. Both products were peppermint flavor and contained OXYD-8, a patented product which attacks Anaerobic Sulfur Producing Bacteria, the cause of bad breath. Each product is said to reverse Dry Mouth and stop Bad Breath.
As you can see here, my son is using His toothpaste.
My son is particular about toothpaste, and I let him try it as well, and now this is the only one he wants to use.
The toothpaste contains Aloe Vera, for healthy gums and it does not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, which is a controversial chemical used in many personal care items.
In addition, the Oral Rinse did not burn, it contains no alcohol, and is naturally oxygenating.
Mouth Wetting Lozenges are made from 100% Natural Ingredients and are very refreshing. The flavor I tried was Mandarin Mint and it made my breath smell great. These are not mild by any means, and if used every 3-4 hours they should keep breath at it freshest (source TheraBreath).
Each lozenge is individually wrapped, and is convenient to carry in your pocket or purse. The box I received had 100 lozenges, so I started keeping them at the front door so I could grab a few when I was heading out to pick my son up from school or going out to meet friends.
